	HOW TO ORDER
	To order online, browse the tools you're interested in by clicking on their links to the left. From the subsequent details page, you'll be able to order any tool, blade, or accessory securely online. To order by phone, fax or mail: Call toll free 1-800-327-2520 (or 1-207-273-1520). For fax or mail, download our Printable Order Form, fill it out, and fax it to 1-207-273-2657 or mail it with payment to: Lie-Nielsen Toolworks P O Box 9 Warren, ME 04864-0009 Operational hours: Our Sales Office and Showroom hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday. Weekend Showroom hours extend from Memorial Day through Christmas and are 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Redeeming gift certificates: If you are redeeming a gift certificate, please make a note of this and enter the gift certificate number in the order comment section. Please be advised that our computer system requires that you enter a credit card number to place your order, even if the order amount is less than the value of your gift certificate. We will not charge your credit card unless there is a balance due. If you have a remaining credit on your gift certificate after your purchase, we will issue a new gift certificate with your updated credit balance. 	SHIPPING
	UNITED STATES ORDERS: $6.00 per tool, $3.00 per accessory, with a $18.00 maximum for regular shipping. UPS Red Label Overnight or Blue Label 2-Day Delivery charged actual charges - call for estimate. CANADA: $8.00 per tool, $4.00 per accessory, with a $24.00 maximum for regular shipping. UPS Worldwide Express Saver Service 2-Day Delivery and Worldwide Expedited Service 3-day Delivery charged actual charges - call for estimate. There will be no brokerage fees. OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS: will be billed actual shipping charges. Purchaser is responsible for all duties or other customs charges. Please contact us for a quote.
	AVAILABILITY
	While we make every effort to maintain stock on all our products, quality is our highest priority. Our tools are not mass produced. We may have to ask for your patience until your tool is ready to ship, but we think you'll find the tool you get will be worth the wait. In most cases, the delay for regular production tools is less than three weeks. Some specifically identified tools are special order items with limited availability and may take longer. In any case, if you pay by credit card, we don't charge you for a tool until we actually ship it to you.
	GUARANTEE
	Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for the life of your tool. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the tool within 30 days of purchase for your money back. Call for repairs or replacement parts. We are available toll-free at 1-800-327-2520 for advice if you have a problem with one of our tools.
	INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
	If you need to return a tool to us, for any reason, please be sure to wrap the item carefully and pack in a sturdy box, large enough to protect the tool from damage in transit. Please insure it with the Postal Service or UPS, whichever you prefer to use. Please include an explanation for the return.
