PLACING CANADIAN
ORDERS
All of our prices will be in US dollars; with the continuous fluctuation in currency it has been difficult to establish a fair Canadian price list. We felt that as most orders are placed with a credit card the most accurate exchange rate would be given at the time of sale. If you wish to pay by cheque please call us at 1-800-327-2520 so we can calculate the exchange rate, then send the cheque to the address below to avoid Canadian bank charges that would be charged to convert a Canadian dollar cheque to US dollars. Orders will ship direct from Warren Maine via UPS ground or the US Postal Service. UPS has a system that will allow us to combine several orders as it crosses customs, and incur only one brokerage charge that we will take care of. The orders will then be broken up and shipped directly to each Canadian customer without any brokerage fees. Our goal is to provide the best shipping methods to ensure that you can enjoy your new tools as soon as possible. Shipping will be $8 per tool and $4 per accessory to a maximum of $24 in US dollars. If UPS is used, the sales tax on the order will be charged at the time of sale. If the Postal service is used, you will have to pay the sales taxes to the postman at the time of delivery. For expedited shipping, UPS Worldwide Express Saver Service 2-Day Delivery and Worldwide Expedited Service 3-day Delivery are available - call for an estimate. UPS does not deliver to the Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories; US postage rates will be used for delivery to these territories.
