WEEKEND WORKSHOPS
In order to promote education in the use of hand tools, Lie-Nielsen Toolworks is now offering instructional weekend workshops here at our facilities in Warren, Maine. A series of 2-day classes will be held in July and August on various woodworking topics, techniques and tool use. Scheduled instructors will include local furniture makers and accomplished woodworkers from across the nation.
For all Workshops:

Handplane Essentials with Deneb Puchalski
August 7th and 8th, 10am-4pm
An interactive workshop covering sharpening and setup of hand planes and chisels. Deneb takes you through the process of hand planing stock to prepare for joinery and glue-ups. See the tools that make this process most efficient, as well as some simple bench aids like bench hooks and a shooting board. Learn how to get the most out of your existing tool collection and what you may need to add.
