Is there an admission charge?

No, unless it’s part of a larger tradeshow or festival. Check the specific show web page for details.


Can I order and take home my tool the same day?

Our show inventory is limited to basic selection of tools. If the tool you want is not in stock, we will ship it to you free if you order it at the Event.


What forms of payment do you accept?

USA - cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, checks, traveler’s checks.

Canada – all of the above, except for personal checks.


What are your shipping methods?

USA – ships UPS Ground. 

Canada – ships UPS Ground (weekly), Canadian GST applies.


How do you calculate sales tax?

Local sales tax applies to on-site purchases.


What is your return policy?

Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for the life of your tool. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the tool within 30 days of purchase for your money back. Call for repairs or replacement parts. We are available toll-free at 1-800-327-2520 for advice if you have a problem with one of our tools.


Do you have a schedule of demonstrations throughout the day?

Unless otherwise specified, demonstrations are not predetermined or on a timed schedule but rather tailored to your questions on an on-demand basis.


Can children attend?

Yes, we are happy to speak with young woodworkers!


Are there any special offers at these Events?

We offer free shipping on orders placed at the Event (excluding Workbenches, Shavehorse, Sharpening Station, vise hardware, and the No. 51 Shoot Board Plane), and 10% off LN tools for students currently registered in a woodworking school or class.
